After receiving an inquiry, (via our Contact Us form, a telephone call, an email, or a fax), a sales representative will contact you to initiate a discussion about the product(s) that you are interested in. All details pertaining to the order, such as, the product name, description, size, etc., will be recorded at that time.
Further to discussing the total cost, including delivery with you, our sales rep will determine a delivery date that is reasonable.
In the case of incontinence products, our sales rep will arrange the delivery frequency (example weekly, bi-weekly, monthly).
We will email a copy of the order to you. This serves as confirmation that we have the go-ahead to process it. The order will be delivered to your doorsteps discreetly and with the agreed-upon time frame.
